How it works
Open the application
In “My jobs”, “Applications” view, open the application’s details and its “Interview” card.
Set up your prep
Choose the interview type, tone, length of your pitch, the STAR method and the questions to work on, then start the preparation.
Review, then debrief
Edit the answers, download the PDF and read it before you go in. After the interview, answer Sacha’s questions to improve your next preps.
Frequently asked questions
What does the interview prep include?
Your pitch in the tone and length you choose, the classic questions and those tied to your background, answers structured with the STAR method if you want, and an honest way to talk about your weak points. All of it as a PDF.
Can the AI make up answers about my background?
No. Answers are written from your CV and the job posting, then reviewed: a sentence quoting a figure or a fact that isn’t in your CV, the job posting or your questions is removed.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. Add the questions you dread, remove classic questions that don’t apply to you, and ask for answers to a few more questions. You can also edit any answer by hand or ask for a new version.
What is the post-interview debrief for?
Sacha asks you a few questions about how it went: what went well, the tough questions. Those tough questions are then included in your next preps for the same application or the same type of role.

"Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y] by doing [Z]": this sentence from Laszlo Bock, Google's former head of People Operations, turns a list of duties into achievements. It works in every profession, on one condition: never make up the measure.
