Requirement by requirement

Consistent and verified
The analysis is designed to be reproducible: as long as the job and your CV don’t change, the result stays the same. Evidence that isn’t in your CV is discarded.

Frequently asked questions
How is the match score calculated?
The first score compares the skills, experience and languages the job asks for with those in your CV, in six languages, right on your computer. The AI analysis then judges each requirement and quotes the evidence from your CV.
Is the match score free?
The score without AI is free and unlimited: nothing is sent. The detailed AI analysis uses credits, which the free plan gives you every week. Analyzing several jobs at once from “My jobs” uses fewer credits per job.
Why doesn’t the score change when I rerun the analysis?
That’s by design: the analysis is built to be reproducible. As long as the job and your CV stay the same, the result stays the same. If you update your CV, the old analysis is marked as outdated and you can run it again.
What if I disagree with the analysis?
Correct it requirement by requirement: met, partial, missing or not really required. The score follows your corrections right away, and you can undo them at any time. You can also send us your correction to help improve the analysis.

You will read everywhere that a "robot" throws out most CVs before a human sees them. The reality is simpler: an applicant tracking system stores your application and makes it searchable, and people make the decisions. So your CV has to be read correctly by the software, then convince a recruiter.
