Submission detected
When you submit a form, the application switches to “Sent” on its own, along with what you sent: answers, CV, cover letter.
Statuses and history
Sent, interview, offer, rejected… with the date of each step and your notes.
Follow-ups at the right time
After a few days without news, Trakrio suggests a ready-written follow-up to the recruiter’s address.
Your emails, on your computer
With the mail connector, acknowledgements, interview invitations and rejections are spotted and linked to the right application. Your emails never leave your computer.
One job, several sites
Trakrio spots the same job posted on two sites and offers to group them.
Useful statistics
Response rate, interviews, follow-ups to do: a weekly summary, computed without AI.
How it works
Submit your application
When you submit a form, on LinkedIn or a career site, Trakrio detects it and marks the application as “Sent”, along with what you sent.
Follow its progress
In “My jobs”, “Applications” view, update the status at each stage, add notes and see the dated history of every application.
Follow up at the right time
After a few days without news, Sacha suggests a follow-up email already written. With the mail connector, recruiters’ replies are spotted for you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to log my applications by hand?
No. When you submit a form yourself, on LinkedIn or a career site, Trakrio detects it and records the application. For a job you received by email, import it, then set its status in one click. No more spreadsheet.
Does Trakrio read my emails?
Only if you install the optional mail connector. It runs on your computer and only reads: neither your credentials nor your emails are sent to Trakrio. It spots acknowledgements, interview invitations and rejections, and suggests updating the status.
When should I follow up with a recruiter?
Trakrio reminds you: after a few days without news on a sent application, Sacha suggests a follow-up already written and addressed to the recruiter. Once you’ve followed up, he waits before bringing it up again.
Is application tracking free?
Yes. Tracking works without AI, so it’s unlimited on the free plan: submission detection, statuses, notes, follow-ups, statistics and the mail connector. Credits are only used for AI actions.
