Terms of use

1. Service

Trakrio helps you prepare job applications: match between your CV and job offers, generation of answers, a tailored CV and documents by an artificial intelligence (with your consent), and filling in application forms on company websites (on LinkedIn, you copy the prepared answers yourself).

AI features are available with a subscription or credits, described below (“Paid plans: subscriptions and credits”).

2. Account

The account is created the first time you sign in with LinkedIn. It is personal. You must be at least 15 years old. You can delete your account at any time from the extension's Account tab.

3. Your use

• You agree to provide accurate information and not to use Trakrio to mislead a recruiter.
• Trakrio is used through the extension, for your own job search: do not connect any automated program to your account and do not share it.
• AI-generated content may contain errors: review and correct it before using it. Trakrio never submits an application on your behalf: you alone are responsible for what you send.
• You remain bound by the terms of use of LinkedIn and of the websites where you apply. On LinkedIn, Trakrio only reads the pages you open, without browsing, clicking or typing on your behalf, but cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict your account.
• If you add data about other people to your CV (references), you must have their consent.

4. Paid plans: subscriptions and credits

The content of each plan, its price including all taxes (VAT included) and the credit scale are shown in the extension before any payment. Payment is made through Stripe; Trakrio never has access to your card details.

• Free trial: every new account gets a one-week free trial, without any payment method, during which AI actions do not use credits. The trial is only given once per person (same LinkedIn account), including after an account is deleted and created again. It does not turn into a paid subscription when it ends.
• Referrals: a new account created with a user's referral code gets a longer free trial (two weeks instead of one), under the same conditions as the free trial (once per person). The user who shared their code gets seven days of subscription for free if they have no paid or lifetime subscription in progress; these days do not stack: each new referral brings the remaining free days back to seven. The code only applies to an account created with it, cannot be exchanged for money, and Trakrio may withdraw benefits obtained through accounts created in bulk or any other fraud.
• Subscriptions: one week, one month or three months, paid in advance and automatically renewed for the same duration, at the displayed price, until cancelled. The price of a running subscription does not change when it renews: a new price only applies to a new subscription or a change of plan. Taken out during the free trial, the subscription starts at the end of the trial. While a subscription is active, AI actions do not use credits.
• AI usage: during the free trial, a subscription or lifetime free access, the number of AI actions is not limited for personal use, even intensive; only a daily cap, well beyond an intensive job search, applies until the next day. To protect the service, a pace no person could reach or an automated program is slowed down for a few minutes, with or without a subscription.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the extension (Account tab, “Subscription”), in a few clicks, with no other step. The subscription is then no longer renewed and stays active until the end of the period already paid; the current period is not refunded.
• Plan change: switching to a longer or shorter duration takes effect at the end of the current period; the new plan is then charged at its price. The current period is neither refunded nor shortened.
• Credits: without an active subscription, each AI action uses the number of credits given by the scale shown in the extension; an action that fails is credited back. You can buy credits, at a price that decreases with the quantity (minimum purchase €1). Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account exists; they are neither refundable nor convertible into money, and are lost when the account is deleted.
• Free credits: every week (on Monday), if you have no active subscription and your balance is below a free floor, it is topped back up to that floor (free credits do not accumulate from one week to the next). The amount of this floor and the action scale may change; they are always shown in the extension.
• Right of withdrawal: at payment, you expressly request that the service (subscription or credits) be provided immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
• Lifetime free access: Trakrio may grant it to some accounts; it cannot be purchased.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and reliable, without being able to guarantee it, especially when LinkedIn or an application website changes its pages. Trakrio does not guarantee that you will get an interview or a job.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or delete an account used abusively or in breach of these terms, after human review. A suspended account keeps access to its data, their export and the deletion of the account.

7. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; you will be informed of any significant change. These terms are governed by French law.
